Has anyone bought an Ab Lounger? The ab lounger seems like a reasonable priced piece oof home excercise equipment; but it the ab lounger even worth anything when compared to free sit-ups? Anyone have any opinions? Thanks.

I purchased the Ablounge 2 6 mohths ago and have been very pleased with the results. I have lost two belt sizes and I no longer have lower back pain.

Aside from the results, the ablounge is very well built, feel sturdy, and is a pleasure to use.

I recently got the ABLounge Ultra and I love it. The first week I could barely do just 8 reps with my muscles quivering, 2 weeks later using it every other day, I am up to 3 sets of 10 no problem and my back pain is gone.

I have been using the Ablounger for a few weeks now. I can really feel the difference. Although it seems quite easy when you are doing it, you can feel how it is doing it's job. I have a very week lower back which makes it very difficult to do crunches without this machine. Oh, and thanks for putting the manual link on your site.

Bought the ab lounge ultra yesterday. I could really feel it working and had no neck pain as with regular crunches.I lift weights for strength and gain. I put my body through a lot but for some reason I hated working my abs the neck pain and back pain is unbearable. I hope to get ripped abs within a few months with the ab lounge.

to steve in chesterfield, I had an ablounge 2, lost it during a seperation deal. It is a great piece of equipment. While using it you get the workout you get from crunches and situps without the strain on your back. Less back strain means better work out and you are less tired after workout. You can also use it to do other exercise to firm you mid-section and strengthen your back with quicker results than just doing "free situps" great buy wonderful exercise, try it you'll like it. Currently getting another one, I miss mine greatly!!!!

I hate sit-ups but love the ab loungeer. Sit-ups hurt my back so I can't do enough of them to impact my abdominals. With the ab louunger I can workout for 20 minutes and without any back pain. I can feel my abs and mid section getting tighter.

I am considering buying an Ab Lounge , but I am only 5 feet tall. Will the Ab Lounge be too big (i.e., long) for me to use it comfortably? In the commercials, the actors appear to be much taller, with a longer reach than me, with their arms and legs extended over the ends of the machine. Is this necessary to be able to use it and to get the full benefit of the Ab Lounge?

I just started using my ab-lounge sport machine again...and it's great. I hate that I cannot fold it up though. The bars on the sides aren't the ones that allow you to fold it up. I was wondering I there was anyways I could purchase some and if they would fit onto my machine Please email me at Lynz327@comcast.net

My Mom just gave me the AB Lounge. It is mostly assembled but there is no specific instructions for reassembly in your downloadable version of the owner's manual. There has got to be someone out there who knows where I can get my hands on that information I have been DYING to use this thing.

I love my Ab lounger ultra was using it 3-4 days a week. But the bolt that holds the seat to the legs went right through the hole and I tried to put a washer there to keep it from doing it again and the nuts falls off after a few repetitions so is now very dangerous, as it falls apart now. Is there any thing I can do to fix this problem? Please contact me at: the5tolls@charter.net
