I purchased your Bandflex Gym, from a friend, and it came with no book of instructions etc. Respectfully request if you could possibly send me a book on instructions.

My children stole off with one of the L pins and a cable hook, the dog chewed the belt and hand strap and hand grip. Customer Service was able to order these parts for me (waiting for them to arrive now). The machine can do most of the exercises for cable machines at <http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm> or for the other bandflex machine at <http://www.staminaproducts.com/art/manuals/50-0180Workout.pdf>. The product manual is at <http://www.staminaproducts.com/art/manuals/50-0202.pdf>.
