I purchased your Bandflex Gym, from a friend, and it came with no book of instructions etc. Respectfully request if you could possibly send me a book on instructions.

My children stole off with one of the L pins and a cable hook, the dog chewed the belt and hand strap and hand grip. Customer Service was able to order these parts for me (waiting for them to arrive now). The machine can do most of the exercises for cable machines at <http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm> or for the other bandflex machine at <http://www.staminaproducts.com/art/manuals/50-0180Workout.pdf>. The product manual is at <http://www.staminaproducts.com/art/manuals/50-0202.pdf>.

Exercise/Workout manual is listed above from from Jamie in Ohio

Assembly manual also from Jamie in Ohio

Stamina no longer supplies the replacement bands. I ordered bulk bungee cords 8mm (.38 a foot), 10mm (.45 a foot) and 12mm (.75 a foot) from VER Sales Inc. http://www.versalestore.com
12 foot of each should be enough to redo both sides of the FlexBand Gym (make your own measurements) Don't forget to tape the area of the section you will be cutting to avoid frayed ends.
You will have to dissasemble and reuse the hooks from the old bungee ends.
