I have purchased 3 of the gazelles in the past 2 years, because of product defect. All 3 times the computerized monitor stop working, and now the steel at the bottom of the left step pad has come apart. I love the product as it has helped me achieve my weight goals, however the gazelle is extremely poorly manufactured.

Love the Gazelle Edge Ultra...have lost 15 pounds in 8 weeks.
Did not get workout DVDs with the exerciser or any printed exercise material. Help!

My original Gazelle was purchased several years ago. This past winter the product's right swing arm split in two causing the foot pedal to practically come off. I thought perhaps the machine was just over used & I proceeded to buy another in March 2008. Three days ago the exact same issue happen again, rendering the product unuseable. I called Fitness Quest, who agreed to send me a new swing arm for free, however, the next it happens I will have to pay. How can that be? It is an obvious defect in the product it's self. Not from anything I am doing wrong. I love the gazelle, it is the only machine I will use because of the fantastic results ( i've lost 45 lbs). However, now I am beginning to get concerned that if the product continues to fail, I may have to find another means. I believe the manufacturers should stand by their product no matter what. Has this happen to anyone else?

I love the gazell, I put ankle weights on and work for an hour during my favorite soap opera,and I can tell a big difference in my buttocks, I'm loving it!!! (BUT)I have lost my book that came with it, how do I get another one,I would like to do more excerizes with it.
